Nordic Climate Dialogues brings together public and private stakeholders to advance solutions for climate and development finance in a rapidly changing global landscape. The event focuses on how catalytic finance, innovation, and collaboration can accelerate impactful investments where they are needed most—particularly in vulnerable and low-income contexts.
At the core of the dialogues is a commitment to bridging climate, development, and nature-positive finance. Discussions explore how to scale financing for resilience and adaptation, strengthen the link between climate and biodiversity investments, and move from concepts to practical, investable solutions.
The dialogues also highlight the role of the Nordic region as a catalyst for change—leveraging its experience, values, and partnerships to support innovative approaches and mobilise resources globally. By fostering strategic exchange, practical learning, and collaboration between Nordic actors and global partners, the event aims to generate concrete outcomes and strengthen long-term partnerships that deliver measurable impact on the ground.
Nordic Climate Dialogues 2025 is organised by Nordic Development Fund, the joint multilateral development finance institution of the five Nordic countries, established in 1988, focusing on the nexus between climate change and development in lower-income countries and countries in fragile situations.
